On page 4 of 9 of edit program, there is still jumbled text on "Link to PDF of application" field. And in the "Other Important Dates and Events" field. -
The "View Website" link on the department page takes me to the dashboard, not the URL I entered. Also, is it possible to make that and all website links "_blank" links? -
On the program page the "View Website" link also didn't work. It gave me this error:

When logged in as a Program (alex@classicalsinger.com), the navigation links should not have "Create Profile". That "Create Profile" link should appear when logged out and when a performer is logged in. - On Advanced Search under State/Region, we still only have regions. Can you add the states? You have that in Quick Search.

When logged in, if you go to the Home Page the second link under Music Programs for some reason changes to "Create a Student Profile". When logged out it says "Create a Directory Listing". It should always say "Create a Directory Listing", regardless of whether one is logged in or logged out.

When I do a quick search it's not autofilling Classical Singer. And so when I just type Classical, my search yields 0 returns. It's gotta either autofill to Classical Singer or it should pull all results that have the word Classical in it. hen when I'm on the Classical Singer : Advertising page, http://mmp.esourcehome.com/departments/view/12, and I click on 'Classical Singer', it takes me to the error page "Sorry you do not have enough permissions to access this resource.
Please login to continue" instead of going back to the programs page. I should still be able to navigate to the program level.

The department home page I entered was too long for the space allocated. I think this is going to be a problem with a lot, if not all of the URLs. Can we make that say "View Website" and have it link to the website that they enter?erwin -

I tried to create an account using alex@classicalsinger.com and still can't because the email "already exists". I checked Admin and it's not there. -
All the page titles look correct except the Login. It still says My Music Program when it should say Login. -
Any time I'm on an edit page or creation page and click cancel, I should go back to my dashboard to the My Programs tab. Right now I go to http://mmp.esourcehome.com/departments/manage/edit/12 where it says Edit Department with the link to edit the specific department I was editing. You can skip this page altogether and go back to your dashboard where there is a link to edit the listing anyway.erwin -
On Page 1 of 9 of editing a University, they should not be able to edit Program Type or Program Name. That should only be available through the Admin. -
Whenever I edit a program in either Admin or through my account, the default is to take away the picture that is uploaded. So if I'm editing page 4 of 5 and just skip to that, unless I remember to click upload photo and re-upload the photo, I lose the photo. The photo should stay unless someone uploads a new photo. -
On Page 3 of 9, the Program Description box is messed up. I did two different methods. First, I cut and paste text in there. Second, I wrote a bunch of text in there. Both times it gave me a "This field is required." error, turned the box and the text red, and added the HTML code automatically into the box. I clicked save again, it kicked me out, and it did not save any of the text on Page 3 of 9, nor the text I added on Page 2 of 9 for the address.

When logged in as a Program, the navigation link "Create Directory Listing" should take me to the My Programs tab of the Dashboard. Right now it takes me to http://mmp.esourcehome.com/programs/manage/add. Create a listing isn't necessarily referring to create a program listing, but department listings, which they can add on their My Programs tab. -

Activation isn't working correctly
- I actually see that all the boxes are now labeled My Music Program. Was that an intentional switch? Because I liked it better before when the title matched where you were at—i.e. the title is Dashboard when you there, or Search, Login, etc. We have the title of My Music Program in the logo in the top left, so we don't need it again on each box.
- On the Login page you had changed the title to Login instead of My Music Program. Now it's back to My Music Program. Not sure why that got changed back, but please do keep it as Login.
When creating an account for a program, all drop downs should be in alphabetical order, specifically "Please select your program from the list" question.

Email verification. This is still first priority. When do you think we can test this? As I wrote in an email yesterday, I'd love to have you clear out my alex@classicalsinger.com account, give me access to the admin panel, and then I could test the process by creating a Program for Classical Singer using the classicalsinger.com email extension for verification.On the home page, if logged out, the "Create a Directory Listing" and "Create a Student Profile" links should take you to the create account page. If logged in, then those links should take you to the Dashboard. If you are a performer it should take you to the My Profile tab and if you are a program it should take you to the My Programs tab.- Ability for us to access the admin panel (we should be able to when we log in as admin).
- I think there is a link in the footer they don't see so I was just going to test it and point it out.
On the My Bookmarks tab of the Dashboard, the naming convention of the saved bookmarks should include the Program name.When you're on the home page, the "Create a Student Profile" link and the "Create a Directory Listing" link should take you to the create account page (/account/register).On that page, /account/register, the title of the box should be Create a Free Account instead of My Music Program. Then the first text, instead of "All fields are required." should be the following text:

Most of the fields were fine, but a few had the problem with typing warped text at first. But it was only a few fields.Please report if you see more of these.On page 13 of 15 we ask the question for certain courses. We have the radio buttons No and Yes. And then the number of hours. Well if they click No for the class, then the number of semester hours should be 0. We could have the option of them selecting 0 hours. Ideally, though, if they click No then it won't list the question "Number of Semester Hours Required" in the directory. Does that make sense?In the view of the department on the "How to Apply" tab, the "Link to PDF of Application" is not a link yet. It's still just text.We originally wanted it so that if someone does not fill in an answer, then that question does not appear on the directory. So for example, in that How to Apply tab, I did not fill in "In-Person Audition Requirements, Recording Requirements, and Additional Information. But those questions appear. Is it possible to make it so those don't appear if I don't type in the answer? This isn't a huge priority but would be nice if it could be done.With that said, the program creation worked better. But still in a few of the pages of the wizard when I typed in information the text was warped and unreadable until I hit tab, then it was perfect. It entered fine, I just couldn't read it as I typed.same as 1st bullet- After I created the program, it appeared in the list, but the My Programs tab did not appear in my Dashboard. I guess the problem is what type of user I am. Because if I'm a program (which if I can create/edit listings then I should be a program), then the My Programs tab should appear. And if I'm a student, then the My Profile tab should appear.
On the Search page under Quick Search I typed in—and it autofilled correctly—Alex Test 2. I hit search. Since I did such a specific search it should only bring up that one result. But it brought up all programs in the results.

One is that when I logged in as an Admin and tried creating a program, the wizard went up to the top of my screen and off my screen altogether on page 2 and I had to drag it down. On the advance search, I noticed that the logic is saying if this or this, instead of if this AND this

1. Need to auto link user with program during registration. Example if I create a user account as a program and say that I am with Dane University, then after I log in I should see Dane University in My Programs2. EDU verification kind of works and kind of doesn’t. I create a new user account and was unable to get the email, which kept the account from being activated. I guess in that since it worked. However I created another account and linked it to a program, but did not have the proper .edu and was still allowed to create the user account. When I went to the dashboard the program was not there. See number 1 above.

1. Advanced search is not working. It shows all schools regardless of search criteria on a couple of the search choices (Tuition, etc…). It is hard to tell without all the inputted info in front of me.

When someone registers, please make them verify there email address by sending an email to the registration email. - Prog/Dept View need a ligtly different layout. The idea is to make th emainlogo smaller, move the banner to the right, so everything is higher on the page.
- Search algorythm doesnt appear to be working right. If I search for an area of study, i get programs with no departments. -- ready for testing [affliction]
- Formatting of the content on the tabs, needs to follow some pattern. They want it to look better, Im wondering if we shold do this with CSS
integrate profiles
The dev site for the profiles is here: http://mmp.sitehappy.com/index.php/profile/show/1 we need to give them some CSS to work with. It looks like they wrote it in CI so we can move it in. Ill get access to the code.

We are not sure yet, but I am guessing we are to make the Profiles search.

We do not need 2 add new program (there will never be more than 3 or so programs for any given user.

After meeting with the client, here is our net todos
Make the ability to offer a Advanced search/Basic/quick Seacrh from the search page, or create additional pages.On search results, offer a back button to send them back to the search page they posed from.
[Trevyn - we need to save the search page in a session, so we can say go back to search, if they page to the next reuslt the current back button sdoesnt work, I say eliminate the back button untill the client asks for it again.]
registration needs to validate the email address. the @something.com needs to link to a school. that table for school/@somthing.com does not exists but will need to be created. If the user registers to an existing school the email they used to register bust be from that school. An email is sent to the user to login. Do we want to auto genereate atemp password aand have them change it once logged in? This table the client will manage with PHPMyAdminSaved Searches are just departments. We need the ability to populate the saved searches. its just saving a department ID. offer the ability to save a department on the department view. Teh table woudl be something like: user_id, department_id thats it. Show those saved departments inder saved searcher. Abbility to link to the department from the saved searches. Ability to delete a saved search

wizard
The customer decided to keep the popup wizard. Teh customer is revampling the feilds for the department and program tables. Teh questions/feilds will change. They want to group the quesions again. The group of questions should be presented together. The presentation of the content of program and department view are under review by the client. Depending on the questions they answer we will show or hide certain data. This has yet to be finalized. In the mean time we can work on these:
Increase the size of the popup. Attempt to eliminate an vertical scrolling per page.
Show page 1 of page 15 in the header.- Validation needs to happen on the nextbuttons. Do not allow them to proceed to the next page piror to validating. do some basic PHP validation to esnure JS blockers wont let them junk up the site.

Get rid of the program description. Only have the program name and department(s).- Get rid of basic search text and dropdown.
- Add advance search button and new search button (top left and bottom middle of result list)
Viewing programs and departments
Home page
- Banner image needs to be centered in space (regardless of size uploaded do not stretch). Do not link this to anything.
- Ad contact info (name, email, phone, fax, web) next to banner (right hand side) per Alex’s mock up. This is information that is entered during the creation of the program.

Department page
Use the same banner from program home page centered in the same way. Again this is information that is entered during the department creation.
- Question-We need some way to view as much information (about a program or department) in the given real estate with out having to scroll a lot or use toggles. We were thinking tabs. What do you think? These tabs could be separated out into the main categories.

Breadcrumbs
Still do not work right. When you are on a dept page of a program it should look like; home and or search results>program home page>department page (where you are) and the department breadcrumb should not be linked since you are there.

Change "My Listing" tab name to "My Programs" (sorry this goes back on what I said a week ago). I was trying to make it universal for when we have performers using the dashboard.
Creating a program
- We feel like the “wizard” should not be a pop up/new window. We like how it feels on the admin side except there appears to be too much to fill out at one time.
- Solution-create pages similar to the admin program creation page but separate the questions out into categories on separate pages. Include “next” and “back” buttons. These categories will match the ones from the “viewing a program” above.
Wizard
In creating this keep in mind these issues from the current “wizard”;
- Do not include dept info when you are creating a program.
Images still don’t insert.Upload works, it lacks validation response though. I have created a bug for this[erwin]- There is a disconnect between the wizard and what is viewed.
- Question-What is the status of the verification page?
Note: We are thinking once you fill out your account information it will take you to a welcome page that asks you to check your email (part of the verification process) then login from that page.
This is all we are going to address until these items (minus verification) are 100%.
Alex and I will go through the program and department questions and the advance search questions on Friday and get you the new list.

I still don't see the PROGRAM banner on the department pages. I saw an image below where the banner would be, but no banner. -
On the account info tab there is still no way to update your user name and password. - When you are editing and viewing a program home page or department home page the contact information should be at the top.

I tried to build a new program with the wizard and much of the info I typed in did not show once I completed the process. -
This include the image I tried to load. This still does not work. -
I noticed on the program wizard that the general department and vocal specific questions were included. This should not be. -
I also tried to build a department and when I hit save everything was gone and there was no department.this works.. he may have had left emtpy fields.. validation is up next so by then errors will be more up front. - Questions that are unanswered are still showing up. This could be because of some of the default answers in the drop downs and radio buttons.

"Legal" needs to be titled "Privacy Policy"There needs to be more information in the "About" and "Advertise" pagesOn the home page the pull down for program is too long.On the Program home page there needs to be a link to the department pages- When we upload an image it is off center and causes the program name to disappear
I have attached a list of generic questions for the department pages.- Update Area of Study list with one provided on Saturday.
- Clean up some of the programs that have been created for trial.
I will keep looking throughout the night and if I see anything glaring and important to tomorrows meeting, I will let you know.
For tomorrow we discussed having the changes above made as well as being able to view one program with a vocal department page. As well as the ability to build a program with departments.
Longer term we discussed having the following completed in two weeks with full functionality; registering, managing programs and departments, viewing program home and department pages, searching programs and departments.
